This policy applies to the Bad Boys Airsoft mobile app and related services provided through app.badboysairsoft.com. References to "we", "us", and "our" mean Bad Boys Airsoft.

Information we collect
Account and profile data
- Name, email address, phone number, date of birth, city, country, language, and profile photo.
- Login provider identifiers from Apple, Google, Facebook, or email/password login.
- Notification settings and push notification tokens used to deliver app notifications.
App activity and content
- Game day and event signups, attendance status, product purchases, and receipts.
- Repair requests, repair descriptions, customer messages, quote decisions, status history, and uploaded photos.
- Marketplace listings, listing photos, parts, conversations, seller profile details, and location details you provide.
- Squad memberships, squad invitations, squad requests, and related messages.
- Employee/admin actions when staff users manage shifts, repairs, events, field tools, or kiosk tasks.
Payments
- Purchase, payment status, receipt, refund, and delivery information.
- We use payment processors such as Stripe. We do not store full card numbers in our app systems.
Technical data
- Authentication tokens, session records, IP address, request timestamps, and basic server logs.
- Crash, diagnostic, and performance information when needed to keep the app stable and secure.
- Photos or camera images only when you choose to upload or attach them in app features.
How we use information
- To create and manage your account, authenticate you, and keep your session secure.
- To provide app features such as events, game days, repairs, marketplace listings, squads, purchases, notifications, and staff tools.
- To communicate with you about repairs, quotes, purchases, event changes, messages, account deletion, and important service updates.
- To process payments, issue receipts, prevent fraud, handle disputes, and comply with bookkeeping or legal obligations.
- To maintain, debug, secure, and improve the app and connected services.
When we share information
We do not sell personal data. We share data only when needed to run the app, comply with the law, or protect users and our services.
- Service providers: hosting, email delivery, push notifications, crash diagnostics, analytics or monitoring, and similar infrastructure providers.
- Payment providers: payment details and transaction data needed to process purchases, refunds, receipts, fraud checks, and disputes.
- Login providers: Apple, Google, Facebook, or other authentication providers when you choose to sign in using them.
- Other users: profile, listing, squad, repair, or message information that you intentionally publish or send through app features.
- Legal and safety: information required by law, accounting rules, court orders, fraud prevention, security investigations, or dispute handling.
Data retention and deletion
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required for legal, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, safety, or dispute reasons.
- Account deletion is scheduled after email confirmation and processed after a 14-day grace period.
- Deleted accounts are anonymized where possible, and login tokens, profile details, customer-authored repair messages, repair photos, and squad links are removed.
- Bookkeeping and transaction records may be retained for up to 5 years where required by applicable accounting rules.
- Anonymous or aggregated data may be retained because it no longer identifies you.

Your choices and rights
- You can update profile details, notification choices, marketplace details, and other account settings in the app.
- You can request a copy of your account data from the app where the export feature is available.
- You can request deletion of your account and personal data using the deletion page above.
- If you are in the EU/EEA, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, and receive a portable copy of your personal data.
- You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data, including authenticated API access, secure transport, restricted administrative access, and operational monitoring. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect the app and respond to security issues responsibly.
Children
The Bad Boys Airsoft app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
Changes to this policy
