Account and data deletion

Use this page to request deletion of your Bad Boys Airsoft app account and associated personal data. You can request deletion from inside the app or by submitting the email form below.

Steps to request deletion

  1. Open the Bad Boys Airsoft app and go to Mig.
  2. Choose Slet konto og data and send the deletion request.
  3. Confirm the deletion from the email sent to your account email address.

If you cannot access the app, submit your account email in the form on this page. For security, deletion is only scheduled after the confirmation link has been opened.

Data we delete or anonymize

  • Account profile details such as name, email address, phone number, date of birth, profile image, login tokens, and notification settings.
  • Customer-authored repair messages and photos uploaded by the account.
  • Squad membership, invitations, and pending squad requests tied to the account.
  • Personal purchase form responses that are no longer required for legal, accounting, dispute, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Data we may keep and retention period

Deletion is scheduled after confirmation and processed after a 14-day grace period, during which you can cancel from the app.

  • Order, payment, receipt, event signup, and repair records may be retained where required for bookkeeping, tax, legal claims, fraud prevention, or dispute handling.
  • Bookkeeping records are normally retained for up to 5 years where required by applicable accounting rules.
  • Anonymous or aggregated operational data may be kept because it no longer identifies your account.
